The Classic Chef Pan with lid from Scanpan has a diameter of 32cm 12.5 inches and is made of pressure-cast aluminum. The pan features a Stratanium ceramic-titanium non-stick finish that is safe for use with metal utensils. The chef's pan has 2 high-density phenolic resin handles that are securely attached without rivets.
